Moray cowgirls ride west for soldiers: A little bit of publicity

Our Challenge:

Crossing Scotland from Moray to west coast through the highlands, over Munros and along beaches. Six horses, their riders and support crew, over 100 miles and 2 weeks in the saddle, spending nights in hostels, bothies and camping wild.

As always, riding will be influenced by the western style - chosing trails over roads, long reins and stirrups and western tack. The horses all live together year-round and their relationships are an important part of the team dynamic.

All sponsorship money raised will go straight to Horseback UK, a charity rehabilitating serving personnel and veterans from the UK military through equine therapy in a rural environment.
